Broadway Nails is a value brand company that offers artificial nails and nail accessories to consumers in the latest styles and trends that will provide a complete nail transformation. Their products are quick, easy-to-apply and budget-friendly.
I received a full set of their newest product, imPRESS press-on nails , in my Maple VoxBox from Influenster. Each kit comes with 24 nails in 12 different sizes, and promises a gel shine with no damage to your natural nails. The box also claims that your new nails will last for one week. Broadway offers their line of imPRESS nails in 36 different styles, which includes solids, patterns and a medium length for ladies with longer nail beds.
I’ve never used press-on nails before, so these artificial nails from imPRESS were the one item from my Maple VoxBox that I was super excited to try. The set I received was a pretty pale pink nail with a black foral lace/animal print design, called “Holla.”
The instructions to apply the nails are on the back of the plastic package and were simple to follow. All you need to do is clean your nails with the included alcohol prep pad and pick out 10 nails that fit your natural nail shape. Next, you peel off the backings and press on to each nail firmly. That’s it. Easy, peasy! I found the tips of these nails to be a little rough, so I recommend the final step be to file down the edges.
I’m on Day 3 with my imPRESS manicure and, so far, I’m very impressed! (Pun intended) These nails have lasted through several hand-washings and rounds of dish-washing. However, I have noticed that one of the nails seems to be starting to lift, so I’m not anticipating my manicure to last the full 7 days.
Overall, I feel these press-ons would be good option for nail-biters in need of a quick, inexpensive mani-makeover for a special event. (Prom, Weddings, Grad, etc.) They are certainly durable enough to last at least one day.
